Behavior Analyst/Autism Consultant
Rebekah Houck, MEd, BCBA, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a BA in Psychology from Loyola University and a MEd in Education from Florida Atlantic University. Her educational background casts a wide net from multicultural education and women’s studies to communication and behavior analysis. Rebekah has provided behavior analytic support for learners of all ages since 2001, first as a Certified Associate Behavior Analyst (Florida) and then as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2004. Her experience spans multiple environments, including schools, homes and communities across Pennsylvania, Virginia and Florida. She currently provides consultation and staff training for the PaTTAN Autism Initiative utilizing evidence based instruction and applied behavior analysis in an educational environment. Professional interests include stakeholder implementation, sustaining school system-wide change, and ethical decision making. Rebekah is purposeful in continuing her ASL education to provide support within the Deaf, Hard of Hearing and Autism communities.
