National Autism Conference 2019

This session will teach participants how to design, implement, and evaluate supervisory and consultative practices. Participants will learn how to use behavioral skills training with supervisees and professionals receiving consultation. The presentation will provide participants with guidelines for evaluating performance expectations of both the trainee and the supervisor or consultant. Participants will learn key characteristics of effective performance feedback. Throughout the presentation, examples and practical resources will be shared.
